Amazing Service 9/10/2010

This is the only place I go to buy snowboard gear, i've bought 2 boards, bindings, 3 jackets, pants, boots, t-shirts, you name it. Prices are more than competitive and the service is just amazing. Had a guy spend an hour and a half with me yesterday walking thru all the new stuff they have. more

Don't listen to the first guy hes just a guy who got fired. From there!! it is the best place id ever been to before they have everything that u could possibly could think of!!!!!!!!!! The people who work there are great. Really nice and they can help with everything not just skate stuff. Go there you WILLL LOVE ITTTT! Pros: they have great service, repairs more

Shred Shop in Skokie: DON'T SHOP THERE! 1/5/2008

I bought a pair of ski/snowboard gloves at he Shred shop that literally fell apart after being used twice. The manager (the owner did not even bother to come out and talk to me) told me I purposefully burnt the gloves on a hot pole(could you think of a more ridiculous answer?) Buy at REI instead, they always stand behind what they sell. Pros: good variety Cons: overpriced, poor customer service, they don't garantee products they sell more

This skate and snoeboard shop has all the neccessities a rider needs. From it's huge selection of shoes, clothes, and boards Shred Shop has it all. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable as well. Pros: Locations, Service, Freindly more
