I have been in the market for a top of the line Ford Explorer, and I looked around for quite a while, and ultimately I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than the one I had at Sherwood-Groves Auto Group. From the moment that I entered the dealership I felt as though I was special. The General Manager, Brandon Groves, greeted me at the door and invited me into his office. After this, because I already knew what I wanted, there were no pressure sales; rather, they showed me what they had in inventory that met my needs, then afforded me time to make my decision. When my decision was made, I dealt with Chris from Finance. He gave me my options, and I chose the best financing option for my situation, 1.9% for 72 months. Everything went smoothly there, and while I was waiting for my paperwork to be completed, the PowerSports Manager, Erin Groves, saw me walking around the showroom and introduced herself and asked asked me if I had everything I needed. I jokingly said a Sunkist soda would be nice, and lo and behold, in about 5 minutes, I had a Sunkist. I told her she didn't have to, and she told me they stock it in their soda machine. After all was said and done, I left the dealership with my brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I couldn't be any happier with my new vehicle or the experience at Sherwood-Groves!
