Sherman Family Chem-Dry

Sherman Family Chem-Dry gave me quotes and let me think about it. I went ahead and called him back and he came on out. My rugs were really bad; it was a rental. I didn't know if I could save them or not. But he came in and worked his little fanny off. There was only one of the rugs that was still not totally clean. He came back and redid the rug for free and made sure I was happy. He did a really good job that second time around. It was a hard rug to get the stains out of and he did get it clean. Try him. He guarantees his work. more

On 11/28/12 Jason picked up a large Pottery Barn rug from our home to be cleaned. At 1:45 according to the invoice. It is now 5/1/13 and with continued calls to retrieve our rug Jason states he will get back to us after he completes the job he is working on or finishes with the doctor apt he is at. What a bunch of rubbish!!! He has never returned any of our calls. Before publishing this review we also emailed them directly with no response. You can call these people and they will have someone the next day or close. They will estimate what you think might be low and will not do a good job. Not true. Very low price for outstanding results. more

We have used Sherman Family Chem Dry for years. They do a great job at getting the tough stains out. This last time I waited too long to get my carpets cleaned at the office (8 months). There were very large stains from staff member spills. By the time they were finished, my carpets looked like new! They are very affordable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them. more

We had our first experience w/Sherman Family Chem Dry and were beyond belief how well they did, how kind and knowledgeable the tech was. We felt so comfortable, we left him to do his "magic" while we went out to lunch. The carperts were amazing! We've had others in our lives but never have they done what they promised. After receiving my email request, Jason promptly responded with a quote to clean 3 carpeted bedrooms and a sofa and loveseat. The price was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges upon completion of the work. Jason was professional and explained the Chem Dry process along with options I might consider. I have 2 dogs, and wanted to make sure it was non-toxic and safe for them. I am thrilled with the results! The entire cleaning took just over an hour, which really surprised me, and everything was dry within a few hours. The technician was very thorough and answered all my questions. I needed my carpets and my tile cleaned and I was so glad to hear that Sherman Family Chem Dry does both! They were done will all of my carpets (which are white) and my tile (which the grout is light tan) in just a few hours. Horrible! I had a technician view my leather couches to determine an estimate for cleaning. Unfortunately, the cleaning was $250, or $175 without the leather protector! I was uneasy to have them clean the couches, but the owner reassured to me that the product they are using will produce some positive results. To my dismay the tech who came out literally had a bucket and a sponge to clean the couches and scrubbed away!!! The product they used made no difference and the couches feel even harder! I literally could of ordered a product online which was cheaper and done the cleaning myself. They do not have a guaranteed satisfaction and the owner has not yet returned my phone call. This company is a rip-off and I recommend turning them away immediately! We appreciate the customer letting us know about this problem and will do what ever we can to resolve it. Unfortunatly when we discussed the cleaning with the customers boyfriend I told him the two pieces would never be great. But that it would look better it had been ruined by the previous owner and the only true way to make it look brand new was to have it completly restord. We are sorry that she was not satisfied. We have cleaned hundreds of leather pieces and never had anyone this unsatisfied. more
