Sherman Family Chem-Dry gave me quotes and let me think about it. I went ahead and called him back and he came on out. My rugs were really bad; it was a rental. I didn't know if I could save them or not.
But he came in and worked his little fanny off. There was only one of the rugs that was still not totally clean. He came back and redid the rug for free and made sure I was happy. He did a really good job that second time around. It was a hard rug to get the stains out of and he did get it clean.
