Good: Dr. Michalczak is a very good doctor but has no follow-up!. Bad: Follow-up. There are many many many times I never received a call from the doctor or office to receive results of important tests. I would call after two weeks and find out, quite by accident, that there were medical issues I needed to take care of, and never would have known if I had not called.. Improvements: I called in two prescriptions that were running out and had zero refills left. After a week, still nothing at the pharmacy. I called the doctor's office, , and they said it was the doctor's fault because she had not written them up yet, but they would be taken care of that day. It is now two weeks later, and the prescriptions were still not faxed or called in. I am in a health crises now, because of this!. Other: DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!. more

Dr. Masternick, Rothenberg & Michalczk are truly amazing doctors. They run their family practice with such a different focus than doctors we've seen in the past. Because the doctors know our family, and our medical history, we've been able to focus on preventative care. They are patient with their diagnosis, using antibiotics as a last resort. I especially like that part. Dr. M ran tests in house so we didn't have to make another appointment, which was a huge time saver. Their office staff is super helpful with insurance paperwork. I really appreciate their recent efforts. more

Dr. Masternick, Dr. Rothenberg & Dr. Michalczk are amazing doctors. They know so much about our family history. I also appreciate how much they were able to do for us in one visit. Dr. M saved me a trip to another doctor. I appreciate that they know who we are each time we come in. Because they know our family history, we've been able to focus on preventative medicine each visit and for that, I'm forever grateful. more

I have been goinging to this clinic for a few years now, and I find the staff very helpful and freindly. And the Doctors are careing and spend time with you, not Like other clinic's, that see you for 3-5 min and send you on your way. I Recommend this office to Eveeryone..... more

The staff has come and gone in this amount of time, but the reason I go there has not changed....Dr. Rothenberg. He is a compassionate, kind and thorough doctor. He takes the time to listen and always values my opinion. He treats me like a person not a patient. I have had calls from him in the middle of the night just to see if what was done helped or to confirm that he did call in a prescription. His staff has always called me back promptly to tell me of his reply to a faxed question or phone message left. Yes, I have waited for a long time in the waiting room but I knew it was because he and his associates will take emergency walk-ins and that may be me someday. He and his staff are too kind to turn anyone away. He is my age and I wish he weren't because he won't probably be still working when I need him most...and that's a sad thought for me. more

Dr. Masternick & Dr. Rothenberg have been taking care of my family for years!! I will admit, in previous years, this hasn't been my favorite overall office visit. But things have definitely improved in the past year! The staff has changed for the better and the reception team recognizes my family with a smile. The doctors are the real reason to visit! The doctors here are such great listeners and really do value your time once you are in their presence. Not to mention, this is a one stop shop. Shenandoah Clinic offers other medical services in the same building if you like to get everything done in one day. more

The previous author is correct. The office staff are lazy and unmotivated. You wait in the waiting room for what may be hours then again in the room for possibly as long. The doctors are OK if you can deal with the office help. Thai clinic is one I will avoid in the future and I recommend new patients avoiding the initial experience. more

I would not recommend visiting this clinic. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. My husband was a patient there and had multiple problems with this office. They won't return calls to you, or to your pharmacy so you can have your prescription refilled. They take days to process a request for a refill. They have lost my husband's chart. An office visit will take you hours- you will wait in the waiting room and then again in the exam room. This clinic is unprofessional. more
