Review content:
The staff has come and gone in this amount of time, but the reason I go
there has not changed....Dr. Rothenberg. He is a compassionate,
kind and thorough doctor. He takes the time to listen and always
values my opinion. He treats me like a person not a patient.
I have had calls from him in the middle of the night just to see if what
was done helped or to confirm that he did call in a prescription. His
staff has always called me back promptly to tell me of his reply to a
faxed question or phone message left.
Yes, I have waited for a long time in the waiting room but I knew it was
because he and his associates will take emergency walk-ins and that
may be me someday. He and his staff are too kind to turn anyone away.
He is my age and I wish he weren't because he won't probably be still
working when I need him most...and that's a sad thought for me.
