Good: Dr. Michalczak is a very good doctor but has no follow-up!. Bad: Follow-up. There are many many many times I never received a call from the doctor or office to receive results of important tests. I would call after two weeks and find out, quite by accident, that there were medical issues I needed to take care of, and never would have known if I had not called.. Improvements: I called in two prescriptions that were running out and had zero refills left. After a week, still nothing at the pharmacy. I called the doctor's office, , and they said it was the doctor's fault because she had not written them up yet, but they would be taken care of that day. It is now two weeks later, and the prescriptions were still not faxed or called in. I am in a health crises now, because of this!. Other: DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!.
