I waited three hours for an oil change and didn't even get the car wash that I was due. I pay for the VIP membership. I want my money back.

I absolutely love the fact that they remember me each time I come in for service. They remember what was done previously, asked if I've had any problems with prior service work, and work quickly and efficiently to get me out the door. The team that is currently there are exceptional. Please keep training them in customer service and I believe customers will continue to be happy. Thanks for a job well done! more

Repairs on unusual problem 3/23/2014

Generally Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf has done a good job so far on repairing a minor engine problem. The remainder of the work is to be done very shortly. more

Greatest Hyundai Dealership in Area 2/10/2014

Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf is a wonderful place to buy and maintain your vehicle. Their salespersons are friendly and very helpful, seeing to it that you get the car you want and can afford. The service department works with you to get your car in and out in a somewhat timely manner. I just bought my second Hyundai from them and will gladly buy a third in the future. more

One of the reasons why I decide to purchase another Hyundai from Sheehy is its customer service (which is very important to me). The employees and especially the saleman (James Miller) were very friendly and welcoming. The finance person was fantastic when it came to getting me the best interest rate available. I loved the fact that I was not pressured into buying my which I can say was a good choice on my part. more
