Water leak around back windows not fixed 11/23/2013

I spent $308 to have water leaks around my back windows fixed. Two days later after light rain in the Waldorf area, water leaked in again on both sides. I am outraged! I am also not satisfied with the explanation I received about why there still a noticeable noise with my motor. more

Engine Noise & Tire Pressure Problems 11/22/2013

I have a concern that my lifters or other internal engine parts are making suspicious noises. Just yesterday morning I could hear the lifters or a mechanical noise emitting from my engine. I am concerned this will not be corrected prior to the expiration of my warranty, but was advised they could hear no noises. I took video and you can clearly hear the noise i had explained when I brought my vehicle in for service. One or more of my tires is also giving me a tire pressure signal. Seems like every time the tires are rotated that I have an immediate tire issue. Even though I've aired all of my tires, I am still receiving a tire pressure signal. more

The service lane is always a friendly personal experience. The consultants always take as much time as necessary to make you as comfortable with the service as possible. Have been using the service dept. at Sheehy Hyundai regularly and the service manager is always present to assist when called on and has always gone out of the way to assist. more

Vehicle Recall 9/11/2013

When I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take about an hour for the safety recall work to be completed. It took about an hour. The service representative was courteous and very through in explaining what had to be done before hand and what was done once the work was complete. She also notified me I was eligible for the millage rebate program and provided me the info needed to claim it. The customer waiting area was clean and free coffee, tea and vending beverages and snacks were available. The restrooms were clean. If you have to wait for your car to be fixed this is a good place to do it. more
