Shear Heaven is an awesome hidden gem! The staff is fantastic and extremely professional. I had an 80's event to go to and Barbie did a wonderful job with hair and makeup for the event. I also love the fact that the salon is so conveniently located at 635 and COIT Road~ more

This salon is by far the best hands down. They have the highest quality color and hair products ever, Barbie did a great hair color and Keratin Treatment on my hair. Shear Heaven Salon at Windsor has the best of everything at the right price. The staff are true professionals! more

Great Salon! 11/20/2010

I went in for a perm, as I was tired of having to spend a lot of time to get my super-straight (and thick) hair curly. I found this salon on city search, and after visiting the website and looking at the prices, I saw that they were much less expensive than the other places I had looked at, and all of the positive reviews were a plus. Brenda did a great job on my perm! It turned out super cute and I love it. The atmosphere of this salon is very warm and friendly, not the least bit pretentious, which is important to me. I will definitely be returning next time I need something done. more

AWESOME!! 11/20/2010

I had the best morning!! Debra is extremely friendly and talented. Made sure my hair color and cut were PERFECT before I stepped out of the salon. She is the BEST! Love her. Also, Brenda and Barbie are a joy. Can't wait to go back for a pedi and a massage (got a 10 minute one which made my morning even more special)! Wonderful environment, very welcoming...could hang out with Debra and gang all day!! Thank you! Be back soon!! more

Love my color more than words.......... 11/15/2010

I was looking for my old stylist who had left an old location when Deborah opened this great ""off the beaten path"" charm! Luckily for me her current staff is knowledgeable, experienced and put me at ease. All while pampering me like never before. I got the color I was searching for, the it products I rely on to keep it up and the Keratin I did not know I needed.....but don't think I'll be able to ""live"" with out :) Go see Deborah and Brenda..(my total cost was my only shock....$$ less than I ever dreamed!!! more

I feel like a new woman! 11/6/2010

First of all, i dread getting color in myhair, I hate sitting for hours. This was a new and wonderful experience, the time just flew by as the staff are so friendly. I had a cut, a whole new color applied and then highlights and then the Keratin treatment. My hair looks like it did when I was a teenager (a long time ago, beleive me).. I have been trying for years to get away from blonde, but no stylist would ever do it until I went to Debra, she knew exactly what to do. Best style color and cut I've had in years and very reasonable. Thanks Debra, I've had so many compliments. A complete stranger in the mall even asked who did my hair! more

I had the most wonderful experience! Debra was warm & welcoming. The other staff and clients were all in such good moods- busy but so attentive. I did a little shopping for some cute bling while my hair set. The color turned out great! The price was right! I'm heading back. more

Very satisfied, very friendly, pleased to recommend 10/8/2010

I went to Shear Heaven Salon last week for a haircut, hair color and waxing. I was very pleased to have Debra the owner take care of me. She is very friendly and you can tell she's very dedicated to what she does. It's hard to find a good stylist that you want to keep long term, and for me, Debra is a keeper. This is not the first time I've had Debra work on my hair, and every time I've been very pleased with her attention to detail and the end-result. She always takes her time and is very thorough and careful. I like the feeling that she is genuinely vested into doing a top-notch job for me. Thank you Debra, you've earned my positive review with a consistently good experience and great work! more

Best Salon in Dallas! 10/5/2010

I heard about this salon from a friend and decided to try it out. It is a high-end salon located inside Windsor right off of 635, which is such a convenient location! The owner of the salon, Debra was there and welcomed me in and I loved the atmosphere and the staff. Brenda was so friendly and helpful. The cut and color I received were just unbelievable, definitely worth ever penny. My hair is usually wavy and messy and hard to manage at times, Debra explained the Keratin treatment to me, which would help make my hair smooth and shiny, and kill all of the frizz. So I decided to have that done, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It's a week later and my hair is soft and frizz free, I love it. I would recommend Shear Heaven to anyone I know, it's a great place to go, relax, and come out looking better than ever! more
