I can say I've never enjoyed waiting for my car to be serviced before. I had a truly great time drinking Starbucks coffee and watching the basketball game and visiting with employees as they came to interact with us and make our wait more enjoyable. more

Of the items in for service all were said complete upon paying but not all work was done nor was anything said in regards to this. Additionally, a premium hand wash car wash (which added an extra hour to my wait) and which I paid a premium for shouldn't look like what my car did when it was returned to me. more

Everyone, especially Luke, was professional, patient, good listeners and communicators, thorough, very friendly and made me feel valued. I was impressed that although I had reported that my car had recently overheated, the mechanics did not see anything that needed fixing. Then I was given a discount on the oil change without having to ask for one. more

The only problem that I had was that were black greasy hand prints on the left front fender and hood. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised to see the greasy prints. more

I don't have enough room to describe the massive amount of issues I ran into at this shady dealership. NONE of the work was completed right the first time, including an oil change, tire rotation, tire repair, and speaker diagnosis. I had to make THREE trips to take care of these issues and was thoroughly unsatisfied with the entire dealership. I was offered a free oil change for troubles (despite not being performed the first time), which didn't make up for the $70+ I spent in gas and the three days off work required (opportunity cost). Furthermore, the blown speaker (at 20,000 miles) was supposed to be repaired the FIRST trip, but I was told nothing was wrong with it the first time. The dealer was so busy, nobody cared about my concerns or would address my issue. I was told by my service adviser Felix that I was wrong and I had no reason to think my speakers were not working as designed (despite my complaints) and he refused to come to my car to inspect for himself. So, an additional trip was required to perform that diagnosis as well as the oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair that was NEGLECTED the FIRST trip. On the second trip, I was told my speaker would be fixed and the original work was completed (although I can't be 100% positive). However, the dealership had no speakers and informed me I would need a THIRD trip to get my ORIGINAL issue fixed and the parts would take up to 2 weeks. The issue has STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED and the dealership has not informed me of any changes almost a month after originally being in. more

I brought my new Hyundai Sonata for the first oil change. The service advisor seemed like he was trying to rush me through and only gave one or two word answers to my multiple questions without any explanation. I was very disappointed with the helpfulness of the staff. more

The whole experience was great. We were able to test drive and do the financing in under two hours. The salesman, James Ford, was very knowledgable and accommodating. Everyone was gracious about staying late even though we stopped by at almost closing time. There was no dickering and hassle which I appreciated. The finance guy, Chris Miller, put together a great personalized coverage package which was perfect for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and co-workers. more
