Everyone, especially Luke, was professional, patient, good listeners and communicators, thorough, very friendly and made me feel valued. I was impressed that although I had reported that my car had recently overheated, the mechanics did not see anything that needed fixing. Then I was given a discount on the oil change without having to ask for one.
