I don't have enough room to describe the massive amount of issues I ran into at this shady dealership. NONE of the work was completed right the first time, including an oil change, tire rotation, tire repair, and speaker diagnosis. I had to make THREE trips to take care of these issues and was thoroughly unsatisfied with the entire dealership. I was offered a free oil change for troubles (despite not being performed the first time), which didn't make up for the $70+ I spent in gas and the three days off work required (opportunity cost). Furthermore, the blown speaker (at 20,000 miles) was supposed to be repaired the FIRST trip, but I was told nothing was wrong with it the first time. The dealer was so busy, nobody cared about my concerns or would address my issue. I was told by my service adviser Felix that I was wrong and I had no reason to think my speakers were not working as designed (despite my complaints) and he refused to come to my car to inspect for himself. So, an additional trip was required to perform that diagnosis as well as the oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair that was NEGLECTED the FIRST trip. On the second trip, I was told my speaker would be fixed and the original work was completed (although I can't be 100% positive). However, the dealership had no speakers and informed me I would need a THIRD trip to get my ORIGINAL issue fixed and the parts would take up to 2 weeks. The issue has STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED and the dealership has not informed me of any changes almost a month after originally being in.
