I recently purchased a new Ford truck at Shawnee Mission Ford, and I must say my experience there was great from start to finish. The salesperson was very attentive, and she helped me find the perfect vehicle with all the options I was looking for ( ask for Leigh, she's the best!). After I found the perfect truck, Dave, the sales manager, took care of me and got me the best deal I could find ANYWHERE across the metro on my trade-in and APR%. Can't say enough about this organization, just go see Dave the deal maker! more

I have bought every car I have owned from Shawnee Mission Ford and have never had any problems from sales or service. I have had a few manufacture problems but SM Ford has always taken care of the problem. Recently took my 08 Escape in due to some peeling of trim between window. It was 2500 miles over the 36000 mile warranty. I asked to talk to the Service Manager and he told the Service Rep to ""Fix it"" ! It was done within 40 minutes and they replace all 4 pieces of the trim. I highly recommend Shawnee Msn Ford Sales and Service. more

I bought a used car from there in January of last year, during this time I have had the Starter replaced, the rear end, the solenoid, ac compressor, and the rear hubs replaced twice on the drivers side. I wouldnt recommend Shawnee Mission Ford to an enemy....they have the absolute worst financing company, and the worst repair facility on the planet. I have reported them to the BBB twice...They replaced the Solenoid only because I went through the BBB.....BE VERY CAREFUL...THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF more

I have reported them to the BBB twice...They replaced the Solenoid only because I went through the BBB.....BE VERY CAREFUL...THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF more

I recently bought a used vehicle from Shawnee Mission Ford, I have only had it for 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks I have had to take it back to them for repair 3 different times. They have promised me the vehicle is fixed each time, and it wasn't. Now I have to take it back up there again, because it is still not running right. The transmission will not shift out of 2nd gear without jerking the whole car, it keeps overheating, you can smell exhaust fumes in the car, the car stalls when you slow down, and now the car won't downshift without jerking the whole car either. I am so tired of playing games. I don't understand why they just won't fix it. Well, now I think I am just going to give it back to them and they can figure out what to do with it. I can't believe they sold me a lemon. Oh, yeah, apparently I am not the only one who has complained about these things(and others), I have read some reports today ( 4-9-06) on Shawneee Mission Ford, about them ripping people off and se more
