Beware of Shaver Service Center, this company is laughable!!\r
\r
They have had our coffee maker for 115 days and the repair was never completed.\r

Our Saeco Spiderm Villa coffee maker stopped working and Philips has Shaver Service Center listed as a certified repair center. We dropped the coffee maker off on April 9, 2013 and was told it would take 1-2 weeks for them to diagnose the problem. After three weeks and not hearing from them I called in for a status update and was told that they had pinpointed the issue and it would take another 1-2 weeks to receive the parts and complete the repair. \r

It's now August 1st and have called in every 2-3 week. Each time being told they are waiting on parts and the repair should be completed in another 1-2 weeks. Each phone call ended with ""I will call you back with an update"", but I never received an update from them, not once. It's worth mentioning that the owner is extremely rude and lacks any form of customer service, he's typically the one that answers the phone (when they decide to answer- this is another problem all together.)\r

As a small business owner myself it's beyond me how a business with such disastrous service and support stays in business. After 115 days of waiting and repeated promises I decided to go retrieve our machine, as-is, still not working. No apology, no refund… complete nonsense.
