If your looking for good shopping don't go here, besides sandals your out of luck. The girls and guys clothes are over priced and the selection is not that good. Sorry but retailer is known for its out of control prices. I am a girls and know how to shop, unless your shopping for you 13 year old sister it has nothing. Too much store traffic you can barely fit in the store, and employees hassle you in the basement if you look at shoes. Best bet stay out of Sharks, its not locally owned and they will still your money, shop somewhere more sensible, and get the same quality. With shoes, sandles, tanning, and great clothes Sharks Surf Shop is a one stop shop!!! A fun and lively atmosphere makes even browsing through the store fun. You'll find all the help you need with friendly staff that will make your shopping experience arousing at the same time. Walking into Shark's is like walking into any surf shop you would find on any coast strip. The shirts are colorful and the sandals are everywhere you turn. They even have a tiki bar in the front, covered in tiki mugs and dashboard hula girls! My favorite part of the store is the basement, though. They have hundreds of styles of shoes down there. I'm a bit of a shoe hound, but I've spent an hour down there without realizing it. It's where I always get my Chuck Taylors and Puma shoes. It's not so much the brands they have as the styles they deal in. All of the colorful and edgy designs that are usually what I find in special order catalogs are the ones they actually carry! This is my favorite store! The $3 tans on Sunday are awesome! I own almost all of the fip flops in the store because I like them all so much. Plus, their clothes and shoes are always cute. The wide variety of merchandise makes it a great place for anyone to shop. Their gift cards make perfect gifts for all my friends too! Shark's is awsome! Great selection of old school kicks, and the best sandal selection ANYWHERE, all year round. Their large sunglass selection blew me away! I didn't even know they had a basement, until a hot employee showed me the way. She showed me what was new, and really was helpful. I walked out a little light in the wallet, but dig my new Sperry's and Spy's. All of my friends go there. Rock Chalk! more
