dont go to this place. they charge for a service that was not asked for an dont do what was asked of them. i called so they could help change out my flat to a spare an instead the driver started hammering in the lug nut an got it stuck more than it was an for sum reason towed it to a walmart an left the car there in stead of having left it at my house. drivers an supervisers both very rude will never go back again nor would i recomend it at all more

Shamrock towing is the absolutely the worst towing company in the free world. Not only did the damage my vehicle in towing, during the period it was stored they damaged my vehicle then attempted to cover it up. Under no circumstances should this company be used for anything. My recent interaction with this place was negative on all accounts. I would not trust this place to move my enemy's totaled out VW Rabbit. Staff are rude, hateful, dirty, smelly and in no way act like a legitimate business. I can't believe anyone would trust this place. The only reason I would use them is to tow away people that are on my property - the hell they would have to go through would be sufficient to teach them a lesson. Pros: I got my vehicle back. I had my car impounded from a fire lane and called in to get information - they were very helpful and explained everything to me so I understood why my car was impounded. I couldn't get there until the next day and they even waived the extra storage for me. I was amazed that a tow company would do that! They also asked me to walk around the car to make sure there was no damage, which there was not. Even though I wasn't happy about my car being impounded, I was pleased with the way I was treated. I had totaled my car in the wee hours of the morning and had alot of important belongings in my car and needed them ASAP. I called up Shamrock with my VIN# and plate # and they gave me the exact location of the car after just about 2 hours of them towing the car(they have a handful of dropoff lots).That impressed me and was important. They gave me no issues getting in I had my reigstration and ID ready and hey lt me right in. Only dissapointment was they didn't let me take out my radio but that is policy so it's understandable and leaving it in there scored me better with the insuance and I ended up getting it back. The people I dealt with there were not rude at all it might vary by the location. I would use them again if i ever needed a tow.The police use them so they must be pretty reputable. I was just satisfied with their organiztion for as many cars as they tow and that I was able to get my valubles back from the car ASAP. These people are RUDE! From the truck driver to the girl behind the counter, and heaven forbid you ask for the manager! They have you over a barrel and they know it. This is the worst agency ever! The worst customer service, time respose, over priced and over rated! And when they damge your car -- and it will happen if your not driven off the road by one of thier trucks you play hell getting compensated. When you do it is no where near the cost of replacement/ repair. more
