I had my car impounded from a fire lane and called in to get information - they were very helpful and explained everything to me so I understood why my car was impounded. I couldn't get there until the next day and they even waived the extra storage for me. I was amazed that a tow company would do that! They also asked me to walk around the car to make sure there was no damage, which there was not. Even though I wasn't happy about my car being impounded, I was pleased with the way I was treated.
