Extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. 9/10/2013

The last thing that Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration did for me was a shampooing in a condo I own. The carpet was in the whole second story, and there were quite a few really bad spots from a dog that had been in there before. He really worked hard getting everything out. I was amazed at how much he was able to get out, even with a little residue left over. It dried really quickly, too. It was important to me that he took time to tell me about the drying process before anyone went ahead and moved in. He told me exactly what was happening the whole time, being very honest with me. I asked a couple of weeks later about a flea infestation that the new people had brought in. He called me back and discussed different treatments for me, even though they themselves couldn't actually provide them. I really appreciated that. I had them in to clean tile at my own residence before all this, and everything was just as professional. more

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS FROM FIRST CONTACT WITH TIFFANY 8/28/2013

When I first contacted Shamrock by telephone and spoke to Tiffany, I knew I had chosen the right company. I explained the problem I was having and she was professional, down to earth, explained the process to me, and even told me which extremely qualified technician, Mike, would be coming to our house. Mike was amazing and we were beyond pleased with his service and, in fact, I talked to him about doing the upstairs carpet and our tile within the next two months. I wouldn't even consider ever going anywhere else or using anyone other than Mike and will definitely ask for Tiffany when scheduling my next service! more

My carpet was clean and dried quickly. Very professional people. 8/12/2013

I needed Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration to come into my home very quickly, and they did everything they could to accommodate my schedule. They were very professional. I loved that the carpet only took a couple hours to dry once they'd left. Shamrock did a good job cleaning up the extra water so it wasn't left soaking wet like it is with a lot of other people! more

Quality cleaning 6/19/2013

Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration cleaned our carpets and upholstery overall. Because we have two adopted dogs who pee on our carpets, we have them come in and spot clean about 4 or 5 times a year. We continue using them because they are local, a small reliable business, they work hard at customer service, and their people are professional. I think they are a fair price and I will continue using them. The only thing I will say, and I understand because my husband had a small business, but I rarely see the owners anymore. I understand because they are developing business so they don't need to go to my small appointments and they now consistently send out the same young man who offers great suggestions. BUT in terms of the quality of cleaning, no one does it quite as well as the owners, but whenever they came they perform miracles and will come out multiple times if they aren't happy with the work. Still, the other staff are customer service oriented. more

Professional, fair, and a great value. 5/23/2013

I work in an office building and Shamrock Cleaning does our carpets and some cleaning. I recently hired them to clean some upholstery, 2 chairs and recliners, in my house. They were professional. They came in and did a wonderful job. They were courteous. They were on time. It was absolutely great. more

Personable, go above and beyond 2/27/2013

Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration is personable, and I can reach them by email which is a huge big deal for me considering I work full time. They do great work, and the guy who came here was adorable and even tightened my doorknob on the way out because he noticed it was lose. I cannot wait to use them again. This was not my first time using them and I have no hesitations with recommending them. more

Shamrock takes care of all of your cleaning needs. 1/15/2013

I have used Shamrock Cleaning & Resoration for a few years. They always come in and do outstanding service. They send out a newsletter regularly, and they call the next day to follow up. One time, I had a chair that a cat had gone to the bathroom all over. Larry said they could take care of that. They took the chair and brought it back perfectly clean. They're amazing. more

I'd like to send a special 'shout out' to Mike and Nick from Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration. Besides doing a great job with cleaning my carpet and tile ... they were prompt with their arrival to my appointment, respectful of my needs to keep my animals safe (they even brought my dogs treats) and they made sure my furniture was carefully moved and replaced to their original position ... Mr. Wiberton, I cannot express to you in words on how I admire the professionalism and commutation that Mike presented to my mother and I. He did a tremendous job and is well informed and presents the situation at hand with professionalism and is realism. Wonderful experience, really easy. 8/17/2012

I had used Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration before for my commercial business and they did a great job, so when when my wife said we needed our carpets cleaned at home I said I know who to call. They have polite, nice guys come to the house. They went through everything, said how every step was going to be. Everything the gentleman said was going to happen happened exactly the way he said he would. It was a great experience. more

I've signed up for a carpet/upholstery cleaning once a quarter - now, no worries, the carpets will get cleaned often and that will be WONDERFUL! more
