Mr. Wiberton, I cannot express to you in words on how I admire the professionalism and commutation that Mike presented to my mother and I. He did a tremendous job and is well informed and presents the situation at hand with professionalism and is realism. I admire a company that hires people such as Mike and strives for honest customer satisfaction. This will not only hold customer loyalty but most of attract customers seeking true honesty in industries where motives are more about profit that customer satisfaction.
