Review content:
The last thing that Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration did for me was a shampooing in a condo I own. The carpet was in the whole second story, and there were quite a few really bad spots from a dog that had been in there before. He really worked hard getting everything out. I was amazed at how much he was able to get out, even with a little residue left over. It dried really quickly, too. It was important to me that he took time to tell me about the drying process before anyone went ahead and moved in.
He told me exactly what was happening the whole time, being very honest with me. I asked a couple of weeks later about a flea infestation that the new people had brought in. He called me back and discussed different treatments for me, even though they themselves couldn't actually provide them. I really appreciated that. I had them in to clean tile at my own residence before all this, and everything was just as professional.
