I think Dr. Keith Serxner is a very well experienced doctor, who had the time and patience to cooperate with special need children. He had a lot of patience and love, and he knew how to deal with this type of children. more

I am very happy with the service. The staff is very knowledgable in regards to the care my children get and also helping with insurance issues. Dr. Serxner is firm when it comes to the proper care of the kids teeth and I love that. It means that he is passionate about what he does and is always open to questions and concerns. more

As always, the office staff was friendly & efficient. The atmosphere was comfortable & there was no wait before we were called for our apptment. I read the reviews before I decided to go and let me tell you, I was not looking forward to my visit. But I needed to go. I WAS VERY PLEASED!!! My old dentist could not do the gum work that I needed and he referred me to Dental Plus. They took care of me in a professional manner. I was waiting for the hard sell that so many reviews said to expect and I didn't get it. yes, they tried to sell me on needed dental care but after listening to them, what they said made alot of sense. For the first time in my "dental history" someone actually took the time to explain FULLY why I needed what I needed. It turns out that my old dentist would have had to refer me to two other specialists and it would have taken me much longer to deal with my dental problem, but at Dental Plus they had all the specialists there. It took me two visits. I was very surprised at the supporting dental documentation that educated me on why it was so important. It was very scary that my recent problem could lead to heart disease. My old dentist doesn't have nearly the state of the art equipment or know-how. WHY WOULD YOU GO TO A SINGLE CHAIR DENTIST WHO DOESN'T KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT DENTISTRY WHEN YOU CAN GO TO A FACILITY THAT IS UP-TO-DATE? K. Arpinski more

you service continues to be consistently high. While my kids are no older, from the youngest age, they have always felt comfortable with the treatments and exams. I personally appreciate the few minutes the doctor spends with the parents at the end of the visit for candid exchange/advice/recommendations. Keep up the good work! more

For some years my children have been in the care of Dr. Serxner. It is always a positive experience as they are treated with respect. The doctor speaks to them and includes them in the discussion. My son has had a smooth ride with dental care, however my daughter has been unfortunate to have had needed some cavities filled. Since then she has been challenged to take an active role in her dental health. It is a team effort and the team effort is paying off. Since then it has been A+ every time. Thanks! more

I find that the Dr. Serxner truly sets the tone for his staff; everyone is delightful and pleasant from the front desk receptionist to the Dr. and assistants. I felt that my son and daughter both have a great outlook on caring for their teeth and visiting the dentist because of the excellent care they received on their visits. My son especially enjoys the fun arcade games throughout the office it is unexpected but it's definitely a nerve calmer!!! My children are now 26 and 23 and both were patients of Dr. Keith from 2 to 18 years. We always had a good experience with Dr. Keith and his staff. I always appreciated the time he would take at the end of each visit with each child and me to go over the report card. This made them responsible for having good dental hygiene through adulthood. When my children started with braces I appreciated the communication and coordination between Dr. Keith and Dr. Skip Hudson (orthodontist) it made the entire process so much smoother. Even after our move to the Antelope Valley we continued treatment with both Dr. Keith and Dr. Skip. When my son went to college Dr. Keith offered to continue as his dentist until he felt comfortable with a new dentist. I now have a grandson and was about to make an appointment with Dr. Keith and felt I to state our experience. more
