I find that the Dr. Serxner truly sets the tone for his staff; everyone is delightful and pleasant from the front desk receptionist to the Dr. and assistants. I felt that my son and daughter both have a great outlook on caring for their teeth and visiting the dentist because of the excellent care they received on their visits. My son especially enjoys the fun arcade games throughout the office it is unexpected but it's definitely a nerve calmer!!!
As a parent, I enjoy the personalized attention that we have received on every visit.
