I am a local small business owner in Clayton so I try to shop LOCAL whenever I can. After reading the other review I almost went with a company in Raleigh but decided to still shop local and give Servpro a chance. You never know the whole story behind a bad review. First of all everyone was very nice and polite and called me when there was going to be a delay. I needed my carpets clened for my Christmas party as well as a couple of chairs. They cleaned the carpets very well paying special attention to the carpet closest to the hallwy walls that was kind of dark. The carpets looked great. I could not tell how well they did on the club chairs because theywere not dry yet. The company called me to check on the service to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and when I checked out the chairs and saw that there were some water spots on them they sent a crew back to my house, took the chairs to their facility and cleaned them again. My Chairs are now clean. They have allowed me to wait another year before I need to reapholster those chairs and redo my upstairs carpet. I will recommend Servpro in the future! more

Next to death, divorce, and, health related issues, a serious water loss in one's home ranks right up there emotionally.\r \r While on vacation last year our attic water heater burst flooding our entire home. Most of our furniture and other possessions were ruined. Our hardwoods were a disaster. Ceilings and walls on both floors had collapsed. They coordinated the efforts between the insurance adjuster, and, even the hotel where we had to stay for the duration.\r \r In the end, they helped make a very difficult situation much easier to accept. Our home is like new and every question or issue has been addressed to our complete and total satisfaction.\r \r We now know that disasters never take a holiday. Servpro of Johnston County has been the worst expierence ever! used them to remove some mold at my home and replace some flooring due to water damage. They came in to do the work with smiles and the promise that they would repair my home "" LIKE IT NEVER HAPPEN"". What a lie , after coming out and working with my insurance adjuster they took over 2 months to complete the work while my family and I lived out of a Hotel, there were several days I went there and there was no one there working, my door to my home was left unlocked and the alarm was not armed so we could have been robbed blind. When we finally came home that was the WORST part. They broke our A?C unit and we had to move every thing out of boxes that the had packed with out care, while sweating because no one had bothered to check if it was working. NOT TO MENTION the bad work, our floors had numerous spots from sweat while appling lacker to our hardwood floors, as well as several missed spots when painting , stains in our carpets , shotty molding work, messy work area that was left in my yard with numerous cigarette butts. I told the owner of several concerns and he expressed no concern with the problems. NOW we are left with a home that has constant problems such as creeks in the floors they replaced, a toilet that bubbles loudley when we wash clothes and walls paint and Caulking issues.
