Next to death, divorce, and, health related issues, a serious water loss in one's home ranks right up there emotionally.\r \r While on vacation last year our attic water heater burst flooding our entire home. Most of our furniture and other possessions were ruined. Our hardwoods were a disaster. Ceilings and walls on both floors had collapsed. Everything was still soaked when we returned from our trip, plus, mold had gotten a good start.\r \r To help us with this terrbile situation we called Servpro of Johnston County. What a fabulous group of helpful, and, thoughtful, professionals. They went way beyond the call of duty to ensure that our home was restored to its pre-loss condition just as advertised, ""Like it never even happened.""\r \r Servpro of Johnston County comminicated with us daily providing updates and guidance. They coordinated the efforts between the insurance adjuster, and, even the hotel where we had to stay for the duration.\r \r In the end, they helped make a very difficult situation much easier to accept. Our home is like new and every question or issue has been addressed to our complete and total satisfaction.\r \r We now know that disasters never take a holiday. And when such an event happens to anyone else we'd recommend Servpro of Johnston County with the strongest recommendation we could offer.
