Service Pros Carpet Cleaners

The same thing happened to me!! I had two sofas cleaned in May for $100. On August 14th they took another $100 out of my account. Called Rich 4 times and he said he had a new system that caused this error and my money would be returned in 48 hours. Now he is not taking my calls and not returning them. I have a call in to our local police dept and am waiting for them to call me back! more

HORRIBLE! Stay away!!!\r 3 reasons: 1) Rich, pulled a 'Bait and switch"".. He quoted me $90-$140 to clean my couch which had absolutely no stains and only needed to be clean and sanitized. It was described to him to the tee; size, fabric type, etc.. His technician arrived and handed me a $250 quote. I immediately called Rich who denied that he ever gave me that low of a quote. Claimed the couch was ""bigger"" than I described. (I guess him and I use different kind of tape measures?) I was in a bind and needed the couch cleaned immediately, so I reluctantly settled at $220.\r \r 2)The condition and odor of the couch, which was a faint must smell, was left in no better condition than before they cleaned it.\r \r 3) Their services were performed on 12/12/12.... on 8/7/13 I received a notification from my bank that a debit of $220 from Service Pros over drafted my checking account. I contacted Rich, who informed me that they are using a new billing system and it is very ""sensitive"" and if someones payment was declined, it resubmits it. That was NOT the case! I told him I would fax my bank statement to prove they received their payment in December of 2012, which he then assured me was not necessary and that he believed me. Oh, what a relieeffff, psh. He claimed to be out of his office at the time and would immediately look into it when he returned and would get back to me ASAP. He also told me it was take 24hr for the refund to appear on my bank statement. \r 48 hours later, still no refund in site. I called 4 times with no answer and left a voice mail. It wasn't until i called from my office number 5 hours later that Rich finally answered. Slightly shocked and stumbling over his words, he informed me he was not in his office once again and that the refunds could take up to 48 hours or more to process. He promised to call me back in 40 mins..... Well i'm sure you can decide for yourself if he actually called or not.\r \r This business is a joke. Rich is a horrible business man and a crook. Please use someone else! more

DO NOT USE THS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY. Ruined all of the carpets...left them all soaking wet and still dirty. Owner Richard Denton hung up mutliple times on me when I called to complain about the service, used offencive language and had no intention on sending any employee back to fix any of the carpets. Provided NO customer satisfaction whatsoever. I just rented a machine myself to try and get some of the water up and the amount that came up of completely black dirty water is appalling. I am utterly shocked by how this person runs their company. more

Horrible Service - I own a few rental properties and I had service pro(s) out to clean one of my places. I had to call them back to do some touch up work, you would think no big deal. The man, Rich, who always answered the phone wouldn't commit to a date, keep stringing me along all week and hung up on me a few times. I had to clean the carpet myself. They are truly NOT PROS!!!!\r more

I own numerous rental properties and have had a difficult time finding someone good with fair Prices. Service Pro cleaning one of my rental homes and did such a great job I used them to clean our home carpet, and they recently cleaned the Ducts in one of my properties.\r They are truly PROS!!!!\r more
