Horrible Service - I own a few rental properties and I had service pro(s) out to clean one of my places. I had to call them back to do some touch up work, you would think no big deal. The man, Rich, who always answered the phone wouldn't commit to a date, keep stringing me along all week and hung up on me a few times. I had to clean the carpet myself. They are truly NOT PROS!!!!\r
