after reading all of these glowing reviews I decided to give these guys a call as I needed all of the locks in my house re keyed. The lady on the phone said it would be about 35 minutes for him to get here. After waiting for over an hour he finally showed up and did the job ok but the wait time was almost DOUBLE then what I was told over the phone I am so sorry more

Repeat offender, err, business! lol 6/9/2011

Once upon a time there was a girl who lost her keys, she was having a bad day already and she didn’t need any more aggravation. But alas, just one more straw on the camels back! Good thing that didn’t break her spirit, As usual, she took the situation by the horns with the patience of a saint! Called a locksmith and had them replace the locks. She is now happily residing in the house she loves so dearly. (thanks guys) more

Can't complain. T 4/8/2011

Many people say that you have to be careful about who you have open up the door to your house. Well, I took the wisdom of the elders (mom and dad lol) and did my homework. seems like these guys are the choice! Not only was I confident about the service when the tech arrived, but afterward, I was happy to see so many other positive reviews. Glad I chose the right guys for the job! more

A bit grumpy, but happy. 3/25/2011

Not since the 60’s when i went to woodstock have my parents needed to change their locks. and back then they wouldn’t trust me with new keys for a month! This time it was them who lost the keys. And they’re not as humorous about the situation as they were 40 years ago! But they were happy with the job overall. I’m sure that they busted the bawls of the poor technician that came out the other day. So, my good review for these guys is really an apology for the folks! ;D more

Car key problem SOLVED! 2/20/2011

Only a moron would lose the car keys a month after he buys the car. But I couldn’t help but to laugh when my husband asked me to call up a locksmith for him! lol I looked these people up on my phone and told them about what happened. I found out that car keys are expensive, but it was worth it just for the story! more

Within a half hour an Engineer arrived. He was very efficient and put things right. He was an extremely pleasant young man with the right personality for a situation which is very alarming more

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. The girl on the phone (I did not get her name but I probably should have) was the most helpful, kind and understanding to my situation and sent out her technician to me in a snap I am so grateful. more

I got locked out (again...) I called this company, the locksmith came within 20 minutes and open my door, he was very nice and professional (it took him 3 minutes to open the door), That's it, just wanted to say a good work. more

A+ Service! 2/2/2011

Last night I had to call up these guys and have them let me into my truck. I thought the keys were gone and when they came out they were ready to make me a new key. But luckily the tech saw them on the floor, and i ended up saving like two hundred bucks. I'm glad that the tech was honest and didn't hide the key that was on the floor. lol. more
