after reading all of these glowing reviews I decided to give these guys a call as I needed all of the locks in my house re keyed. The lady on the phone said it would be about 35 minutes for him to get here. After waiting for over an hour he finally showed up and did the job ok but the wait time was almost DOUBLE then what I was told over the phone
