Worst

Had selected the car, and negotiated the price, only to have to negotiate the price again when talking to the finance guy ... 5 hours later.\r \r Also, had to ask them for a cop...

Best Service in Birmingham 1/9/2009

Jimmy Vernon in Service is great. I drive in from hoover and pass 2 other Nissan dealers to come to Serra because of the honest service department. Pros: Free rental cars Cons: i wish they were closer to my home more

I have bought 4 new nissans from Serra, and with 9 years of experience with their sales and service department I can say these are good Christian people running the place who look out for your best interest. more

Unprofessional attitude, unethical practices, false verbal promises, humiliating approach, irresponsible, unreliable and not at all helpful.
