Review content:
Chris W. came out on Sunday (even though we didn't have an emergency), and quickly located the tank we requested to have pumped. Upon inspecting the tank, Chris noticed that we had additional issues that would not be remedied by simple pumping. Once the tank had been accessed, we examined the issues together and he outlined an action plan explaining all related costs clearly. Chris performed the work in timely fashion and offered tips for maintenance to ensure that our system continues to function optimally. We were only days away from the possiblity of real problems so we're glad we called Septic Blue and very happy that they sent Chris to help us get our system back in order.
