Wow, look at the positive reviews - only one review written by that person and all sounding the same. Obviously written by the company and not actual reviewers. more

Readers: Please note the comments from delivery drivers who have worked for Senvoy in the past. Positive feedback from customers is attributable to the hard work of their drivers. Fortunately, I never pursued an ""independent contractor"" job with them, after meeting with them to learn how it works: \r \r 1. Drivers are ""independent contractors,"" not employees, and therefore, ""this is not an interview."" \r \r 2. Drivers are paid per delivery, on-call and routine routes; and drivers must ""invoice"" the company using a tracking software program provided by the company. \r \r 3. Drivers average about $100 per 9-hour shift, gross - before auto and fuel expenses. A top driver can make an average of $150 per 9-hour shift (but this is before gas and auto maintenance expenses - so even then, what? $11/hr. tops!\r \r 4. ""Independent contractor"" drivers must pay an ""association"" fee to cover the company's expenses in managing drivers (from the commissions drivers earn). \r \r 5. The company handles tax deduction and payments to the IRS on behalf of their ""independent contractor"" drivers; and there is no option to waive this ""service.""\r \r 6. Drivers who fail to submit ""their invoice"" within a 3-day window of time every 15-day cycle ARE NOT PAID FOR DELIVERIES (even though the company is the one tracking everything on their proprietary software).\r \r For all the people working for Senvoy, or Zoan Management or whichever one of their corporate entities you may choose, it gets a lot better when you leave! I could smell it a mile away! more

We've used Senvoy for many years for our daily route deliveries to our branch offices in the Portland/Vancouver Metro area as well as outlying offices at the coast and central Oregon. Their team does a great job in delivering our items timely, and on the rare occasion that something does get misplaced they're always quick to track it down and complete the job. more

I've used Senvoy for our 35 locations in Oregon and Washington for daily deliveries between all of our locations and on demand delivery as needed, If there are delivery issues, their customer service can be counted on to remedy the situation. I've used Senvoy for the past 15 years and would definitely recommend Senvoy.\r \r more

I use senvoy on a daily basis. I run local and out of town routes. From the people on the phone to drivers coming in my door, are all very nice to work with.Llike any company or business, there are hick ups from time to time, but the service out shines all I have worked with in the past. I would recommend them to anyone!!! more

Don't even think about working here!! If you are a client take your business somewhere else! ......If you like working for a company that cheats/steals from you on every delivery then this place is for you. They lie about invoice amounts and lie to client's about ""gas surcharge's"" Also they don't pay their independent delivery contractors.........real trashy place that is getting sued by basically everyone that was desperate enough to work for them--not worth the aggravation .GRADE is...F- Truly a nest of slime-balls............. DON'T work here and don't hire them for anything.....you will regret it!! more

Beware: Steals from Employees and provides poor service 11/14/2010

Here is the real deal. I am a route driver for Senvoy. I used to deliver ""on-demand"" until I discovered that Senvoy was stealing money from our paychecks. Here is how they steal your money. One of their clients is Omnicare, a large pharmaceutical firm. Senvoy charges Omnicare $14.00 for each local ""stat"" delivery, and $45.00 for deliveries outside of a 25 mile radius. Senvoy pays ""on demand"" drivers a percentage of the billing. However, when you receive your commissions report, it shows that Senvoy paid commissions only on $11.50 of the delivery for local stats, and $42.50 for the longer distance ones. I complained, and as a result of my complaints, Senvoy sends an email blast to managers advising them to not inform drivers of what the billing rate is. Pretty shady practice. There are multiple lawsuits right now over Senvoy's pay practices. Instead of trying to fix these practices, Senvoy has instead decided to lay off everyone, and then rehire them as independent contractors though a third party vendor, ZoAnn management. What Senvoy does not tell anyone, is that ZoAnn management is just a name, and they are located in the same building as Senvoy, and is owned by Jerry Brazie - the exact same owner of Senvoy. In fact, no where on the Senvoy building do you see any listing for ZoAn Management. Enter the building, and there are no offices marked as ZoAn Management. This ZoAn Management thing is nothing more than a facade to take away legal protections from hard working workers, so that we will not complain when we don't get paid for the work we do. more

Clumsy and cumbersome 8/6/2008

Senvoy bought out our old favorite courier Pronto earlier this year. Pronto knew our name, our address and the 1 or 2 regular places we required for delivery....the phone calls were fast and deliveries were painless. Now, with Senvoy I get a different person answering the phone each time. Despite 5 deliveries/pick-ups from the same address downtown in the last 2 weeks, they still ask me for the address. One person said she didn't have it and only after I explained they had picked up from there 2 days ago did she find it. The service people are less than friendly, the delivery guys have trouble finding their way into office buildings downtown and each phone call takes WAY longer than it used to. GO INDEPENDENT and stay away from the corporate-like, impersonal and inefficient SENVOY, Cons: inefficient and impersonal more
