NOTE....If I could have rated ZERO stars I would have as that is how bad they are..Horrible service.....our gas light has been out in front of our house for 6 months.....called multiple times to SENTRY...no return calls from the local rep...when we finally did ""catch"" him in the office we were put on hold for 15 min. When he did answer our call......which had been one of many...he was incredibly rude and disrespectful! Denied we had ever called him and ranted on about how we refused to pay to have the light fixed! Complete fiction! NO ONE HAD EVER BEEN OUT TO FIX IT! This guy is a flat out liar and when he doesn't have the answer he makes one up. And our HOA pays him for that! This company rapes our hoa of exorbitant fees every year for the worst service imaginable and then we have to put up with that kind of attitude! And that is only the tip of the iceberg. Our HOA needs to ditch SENTRY MANAGEMENT INC....
