I absolutely love segovia's my mom and I went there for years. They know their clients by name and are very friendly. I went to Lucy and I could always trust her opinion and she was always right. I could tell her I just wanted a change and let her do whatever she thought would look good on me and I was never disappointed. She is fabulous. My mom went to William for her hair and Toni for her nails. She was always very pleased and had really creative nails. I would recommend segovia's to everyone. more

Stephanie has moved!!! to SPARGO'S 771-0422 5959 GATEWAY WEST 6TH FLOOR:) She is no longer at Segovia's but has moved on. I LOVE Stephanie and have been seeing her for years. She is honest and a true artist. I have never left feeling like less than a million bucks :) I always tell people to make sure to call ahead, because she has a busy schedule BUT she is totally worth the wait. I would rather wait a few days and have perfect hair than get in to see some no name stylist at budget cuts and walk out with some awful kind of mullet. Trust me, I know. She has had to fix my hair after I got impatient and SETTLED by going to a salon (and I use that term loosely) on Ft Bliss. Your hair and beauty are not worth settling for. Call early and get in to see her. You will NOT regret it. more

so as im getting my newest color, my lady, Stephanie is interrupted by people asking her if they can come in today, and having an attitude when she says shes booked.... um last time i checked its a good thing to be busy, its her career, steph is in this for life! she loves her job and works her butt off!! SHE IS WORTH WAITNING A FEW DAYS FOR AN APPOINTMENT!! IF I HAVE TO MAKE ONE AFTER 11 YEARS TRUST ME CALL NOW AND WAIT!! ladies once your in her chair you will know, but dont arrive late, its just rude. The BEST hairstylist in El Paso is Stephanie at Segovia’s. I have been going to Stephanie for over 10 years now and refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. Whatever I ask her to do, the end result is spot on and I always walk away happy and know my hair looks great. I have trusted her with the hair of all three of my precious daughters (ages 8-20) and they also refuse to see anyone else. Stephanie is professional, honest and always on time. more

Stephanie is better then words can explain. I was first sent to her 5 years ago when my hair was so embarrassing and falling out wih damage I had done. I was almost too embarrassed to go see her. But she didn't even blink and told me to trust her and I left the salon in tearsof joy feeling pretty and great again. Since then my hair has been amazing and I almost cut it off again when she told me to try a new Keratin treatment before I cut it to take out the frizz and make my natual curls more manageable and so I did and it was life changing. This treatment left me hair helathy and smooth and I can literally take my hands and dry my hair in less then 5 mins perfectly without 2 hours of the big round brush, flat iron and everything I used too. FREAKING AMAZING! Stephanie is the best I have ever seen. I will never have my hair touched by anyone else!!!! more

After reading great reviews about Stephanie I had to make in appointment with her, and I wasn't disappointed at all! She cut my hair exactly how I invisioned it and that is VERY rare! She is a great listener and tells you exactly what is right for you or not. Which gave me more confidence and respect of her expertise. I strongly feel that you won't be disappointed with her work! A few months ago I had a bad haircut experience. I searched everywhere to try and find a place where they could fix my hair. I came across Segovia's, and I read all the wonderful reviews about Stephanie. So I went and gave her a try, and let me tell you she is really great. I didn't know what to do with my bad haircut. So she gave me her suggestions and what she thought in her professional opinion would look good for me. She listened to what I liked as well. I really loved that she did, and I had actually been looking for someone that would honestly tell me what I think not just someone that agreed with everything I said and just let my hair come out bad. She gave me a really cute short haircut, and ever since I have received so many compliments on it from friends, family and people at work. I would really suggest getting your haircut from Stephanie because she really does do any amazing job. more

Segovias is the salon to go. The staff is super friendly and their stylists are awesome and very creative. My favorite stylist is Elva. Elva takes her time and listens to exactly what you want in a style and color. Elva saved my hair from some damage done from another salon. I have long thick hair and many times stylists don't like working with girls with long hair, but Elva took her time and did the job right. If you care about your hair and would like a stylist who listens to what you really want Elva is definitely recommended :) more

I have been going to Stephanie for almost 2 years. She has cut my hair short, let it grow out, I have been a brunette and a blonde and I can honestly say that I have loved my hair each and every time. No matter what she does to my hair, it looks great. Sometimes I tell her how i want it cut but, mostly I am just like, do whatever and I am always happy. I get complimented on my cut and color all the time. Both of my daughters go to her and love her as much as I do! more

I have been going to get my hair done at Segovia's with RoseAnne for about 5 years now and everytime I always get what I ask for. I have gone from dark hair to redish to now highlight and I have bangs and I love it. This past time I noticed on RoseAnne's mirror that said ask about a treatment for you hair called Keratin Complex. So I asked RoseAnne about it and she explained that it would help my hair look healthier and that it was make it less frizzy and she recommeded it for my hair. So I said why not lets try it! I am so glad that I did I was nervous at first but once she completely finished I love it. Im able to curl my hair and it stays its not a mess or frizzy and it looks so shinny and feels so soft. Several People from work and my family have noticed the difference and complimented me the way it looks. I am definately getting it again and recommend RoseAnne to anyone who is looking for a great hair stylist or who is interested in having this Keratin treatment done you wont regret it! more

I am a loyal client of Stephanie's. I think it's funny that one of the reviewers stated that they thought she was too honest, that's one thing that's nice about her, she will not allow you to make a spectacle of your hair. She always makes my hair look incredible and always knows exactly what to do. She listens to what you want and is the only hairstylist I have ever met that can actually see what you are trying to explain. I would have to agree that she is the best hairstylist in El Paso and when I move I don't know what I'm going to do. She truly creates magic! more

I had the same stylist for years until she moved to Cali. So I tried three other salons all over northeast El Paso where I was completely unhappy with my hair and even ended up looking like mufasa! So I was recommended to try Stephanie at Segovia's and let me tell you she was a LIFE saver. She corrected the butchered job on my hair and made it look fabulous. She also helped me decide on some fall colors and it came out AWESOME!!!! So dont waste your time with other stylist's, go to the best one in El Paso, Stephanie! As a military wife, finding a new hair stylist in a new city is always a challenge. I found the reviews for Stephanie on this website and was thrilled! I wanted to color my hair brown - I have always been blonde, so this was a big change. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like Stephanie listened to what I asked for. I had been with the same stylist for years before I moved, and never had to say what I wanted more than once (in this case, don't take off much length and don't dye it too dark). I think to work with Stephanie you have to be more aggressive in what you want - not my personality and not what I want in a salon experience. I was very concerned about the color being too dark -I did NOT want it to look too dark/black. My hair turned out VERY dark. I went home and waited a day or so to see if I was just shocked by the change, but realized quickly it was really THAT dark. I googled how to do damage control and spent the next week washing with Prell Shampoo over and over again. She also immediately told me to cut my past-shoulder length hair into a bob. I was growing my hair out, which I told her and said I didn't want to cut much length. She put in VERY short, chunky layers! It was not at all my style (Really? Chunky layers? Not a fan.) and took almost 9 months to grow out those awful layers. I would go to Stephanie if you are looking for a new, fresh look. She definitely has strong opinions, which isn't always bad, it just didn't turn out well for me more

I have been going to Stephanie for nearly 3 years. I love her! She always works to get me in. I have NEVER gotten a bad cut from her, and she has taken me from a natural blonde to a natural looking brunette! When I meet people for the first time, they think this is my natural hair color. She tells it like it is, and that is really refreshing. She would never let you walk out of her chair with a cut or color that is unflattering. She's the best! more
