Excellent company 4/22/2010

I had Seaside come to my office building to repair our air conditioner that had broken during a hot August day. I called Seaside requesting immediate service since I was in the middle of patient care. Victor and his crew were wonderful. Not only did they show up immediately; they diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem, and never disrupted the flow of my office. Since then I have contracted with them for preventative maintenance for my office and home on a regular schedule. Could not give them a stronger positive recommendation. Pros: quality, integrity, honesty more

Air Conditioning and Heating Installation 4/21/2010

These guys are great. Return phone calls with fast response time. Provide great heating and air equipment and fair prices. They were careful in my home. They corrected a problem I have been having for years by moving my furnace to the attic. I finally have great cooling upstairs with my high efficiency Armstrong system and zoning system. \r \r Nick A Pros: Professional. Fair Pricing. Quiet system. No extras. more

Service like it used to be! 4/21/2010

I have worked with numerous HVAC contractors over the years while building custom homes, and can honestly say that Seaside hits the mark on every level. The competitive pricing is just an added bonus to the clean, experienced and attention to detail work performed by the field staff. Victor is a business owner who conducts his business in a manner reminiscent of years gone by; an honest dollar for an honest days work. You won't regret contacting this company. What a great company 4/21/2010

Victor and the team at Seaside helped me with parents heating and air system. Victor was patient and polite in helping me find the best system for my parents needs. Once scheduled Rob, Darren and Robert Jr. arrived on time and completed the installation timely and cleaned up after they were done. Can't say enough good about this company. Pros: Quality, customer service, honest, respectful Cons: Not the least expensive but worth every penny more
