I had Seaside come to my office building to repair our air conditioner that had broken during a hot August day. I called Seaside requesting immediate service since I was in the middle of patient care. Victor and his crew were wonderful. Not only did they show up immediately; they diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem, and never disrupted the flow of my office. Since then I have contracted with them for preventative maintenance for my office and home on a regular schedule. Could not give them a stronger positive recommendation.
