A bad place for shoppers 4/22/2009

I bought a washer and dryer with pedestals. Instead of pedestals they charged me for extended warranty that I DID NOT WANT. I got no pedestals and the lady who owns it would not refund my money. The sales person who helped me admitted to her that he'd made a mistake. I was than told by her that their "policy" states that they can't return extended warrantys. Even if I didn't want to buy it. I can't believe this. I later found out that their store makes a large commission on extended warrantys. I never received my money back. I will never shop at Sears again. more

Horrible 10/28/2008

Absolutely horrible customer service, they must live by the motto "The Customer is Always Wrong." After being told incorrect information and then being told they would honor it, I was then verbally accosted by the manager for the store in a horrible manner, and the promise revoked. Sears made a mistake when allowing this store to carry its name and can't correct any mistakes due to the store being privately owned. I will never shop there again, and I advise you to do the same. more

Very Helpful! 8/13/2005

They are always very kind and helpful. If they dont have what you are looking for they will recommend somewhere you can go that has what you need. They will personally help you each time. Its not the big "Sears" that most people know. They just carry major appliances like refrigerators and washing machines. However, you can use your Sears Credit card here. more
