They are always very kind and helpful. If they dont have what you are looking for they will recommend somewhere you can go that has what you need. They will personally help you each time. Its not the big "Sears" that most people know. They just carry major appliances like refrigerators and washing machines. However, you can use your Sears Credit card here.
