Jeff called ahead to tell me he was on his way and was at our house with in 20 minutes. Looked at our garage door and sized things up while I filled him in as to what had happened a few days before. He immediately went to work and figured out what he would need to do and 30 minutes tops he had the door back on its track and moving freely up and down! I initially contacted Sears to repair one of my original garage doors on my house. Both doors were very old and really needed replacement. The repair technician advised me that they should be replaced, which I had planned to do. He presented to me an estimate for new doors and installation. The estimate and products were attractive and reasonably priced so I signed an agreement for new doors. Within a few days (3 actually), the Sear technician, Scott G., delivered and installed the new doors. He did a great job. The new metal doors look great and work better than my old wooden doors ever did. I am very surprised by the fact that they are actually less noisy than the wooden doors. I really made a good choice of product and company. Great job Sears.! more
