I am very pleased with the results of my carpeting. It looks much better. I do have one question - is there a reason that protective pieces were not placed under the legs of the furniture? more

i had my dryer vent cleaned last week. the 2 young service men were polite, informative & well trained. an asset to sears services! more

My tech arrived at my home on time, explained what he was going to do, and performed the procedure in a timely, efficient manner. He showed me pictures of the work he did, and even did a few things that were not part of the job at no extra cost to me. I was very pleased. more

Marvin was very efficient and explained every step of the way. As you know this was a redo. The important part of Marvin's job to me the client, Marvin was very explanatory for what he was accomplishing. Marvin was very kind & helpful. What I liked about Marin is that he explained in full detail what and why he was doing a re clean of all carpet.. I appreciated his candor and why clean the entire carpet again even though I did not think that was necessary. Marvin did and wonderful job of re do on my carpet. I will be able to get a clearer picture when the Carpet dry's out. Marvin did clean spaces between Washer and Dryer a dust and dirt built up in those areas. He also cleaned bathroom's behind on the side of the toilets where dirt, dust built up and was not cleaned on first cleaning.. Important in my opinion Marvin gave me shoe covers so I could follow him if I so desired. seeing if his work met my specifications, very important. Iwould definitely use Sears Carpet and Upholstery cleaning again and refer to friends and family members/. I appreciate your 30 day warranty period on cleaning. Came in handy. We recently had our air ducts cleaned by Giovanni R and his "first-day-on-the-job" partner Sam. Giovanni's knowledge and skills were impressive, and he was a good instructor for Sam on each task. Their humor, attention to cleanliness on set-up and break-down, and the efficient use of their time were VERY much appreciated. We will request these two specifically when the need for this service arises in the future. more

Ben and Paul were both extremely knowledgeable, which I expected from a Sears team member. The bonus was how VERY thoughtful and considerate they were for my safety and comfort while the contracted work was being accomplished. The crew that came to my home this morning did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. They were both professional and very friendly. They were neat and clean and very orderly with their gear. The technicians, Marvin and JR were very courteous, professional and efficient. They came timely and worked diligently after the contract and payment information was signed. They were very pleasant and treated us very nice. The job they did was amazing and fast. We would happily recommend them and plan to use them next year.
