Vent Cleaning - Great Service 10/11/2016

Victor was on-time, polite and extremely helpful. We had problems with our dryer and were concerned that the vents might be clogged. In plain terms, he explained the problem and the solution and how to prevent the issue from happening again. Highly recommend and will use again. more

carpet cleaning 10/5/2016

Mike and TJ were GREAT. The carpet in our clubhouse was so dirty I wasn't sure if cleaning would help. They took a look and indicated no problem that it would be fine. The outcome was just fantastic. They were very efficient on the job and great to work with. I would highly recommend Mike and TJ and Sears Clean Charlotte for your next cleaning project. more

Techs Mike M & TJJ. 9/3/2016

This team of cleaning Techs were very professional. Prior to arrival Mike kept me informed when they were delayed by traffic due to weather conditions. Upon arrival they efficiently prepared and completed the carpet cleaning in an excellent and timely manor. Upon completion due to a foot injury I asked Mike if they could help put a couple of heavy pieces of furniture back in place which he did immediately. Although it was stated that stains weren't guaranteed to be removed, EVERYONE was removed. I couldn't be happier There's no question, the next time I need this type of service I will contact Sears Clean Charlotte and ask for Mike and TJ. more

Carpet protection 8/12/2016

Once again team Mike came through - not only did they do great job I managed to have the service done earlier than I originally scheduled - Kristan went out of here way to find me an immediate opening and made it happen - talk about lucky... we have white carpet and were concerned about pet mishaps - guess what happened this morning!!! If it wasn't for her diligence our carpets would have not been so lucky. As for the protection - i worked fonaminally - the "puddle was floating on top of the carpet and we got to it in time. i highly recommend this service. its worth every cent plus great professional service!! We will be doing a follow up cleaning & protection as recommended with Sears. more

Good service, bad communication 8/11/2016

When booking for three rooms and a hall carpets to be cleaned, I was quoted price of $99 but not told we would need an outside water source or told what constitutes three rooms. In the past we had used Sears service and were pleased. Mike and Kareem arrived introduced themselves and looked at area and said they did not have a big enough water supply for the job. After talking to the booking desk we agreed to settle for two rooms ( living room + dining area) for $79. The men returned and quickly did a good job on the "two" rooms and hallway they were courteous and apologetic. Bad communication at booking! Apparently do not have larger tank truck available at this time. We are two senior citizens who had moved heavy loads to prepare three rooms. Mike and Kareem did a good job. Booking desk gave very incomplete info!. more

Sears Carpet service 8/4/2016

Excellent service - very professional - Mike & TJ did an excellent job on the carpets in the townhouse we just moved out of (i didn't think that the carpets would come out looking that good) we are also going to use them for the home we just moved into. more
