When booking for three rooms and a hall carpets to be cleaned, I was quoted price of $99 but not told we would need an outside water source or told what constitutes three rooms. In the past we had used Sears service and were pleased. Mike and Kareem arrived introduced themselves and looked at area and said they did not have a big enough water supply for the job. After talking to the booking desk we agreed to settle for two rooms ( living room + dining area) for $79. The men returned and quickly did a good job on the "two" rooms and hallway they were courteous and apologetic. Bad communication at booking! Apparently do not have larger tank truck available at this time. We are two senior citizens who had moved heavy loads to prepare three rooms. Mike and Kareem did a good job. Booking desk gave very incomplete info!.
