Once again team Mike came through - not only did they do great job I managed to have the service done earlier than I originally scheduled - Kristan went out of here way to find me an immediate opening and made it happen - talk about lucky... we have white carpet and were concerned about pet mishaps - guess what happened this morning!!! If it wasn't for her diligence our carpets would have not been so lucky. As for the protection - i worked fonaminally - the "puddle was floating on top of the carpet and we got to it in time. i highly recommend this service. its worth every cent plus great professional service!! We will be doing a follow up cleaning & protection as recommended with Sears.
