As a DIY place, this place is just fine. But Do It Yourself! Do not leave your dog with the untrained teenagers who are often left to run the shop. Whenever they run the shop, it is loud and chaotic and the dogs are freakin' miserable!! I have seen mistreatment many, many times and it is very sad. Their mistreatment of the dogs can have catastrophic consequences if your dog reacts and bites one of them. Your dog will be blamed when in fact their own mistreatment is to blame. There are some very good operators there, but the teenagers are clueless. Whenever you select a bather or groomer, look for someone with professional certification or training in grooming, showing or breeding. Teenagers are not exactly known for their compassion and depth of understanding and it certainly shows here! more

My mom's pug doesn't like going out of the house. Try to get him out on a walk, nothing doing. He will get into the car because my parents take him with them when they go out to eat (leaving the window unrolled), though he barks at everything he sees. But when they tell him that they are going to "get pretty", he runs to the car. Of course, it doesn't happen that often. Walking in to pick him up, I could tell they care about their four legged clients. The animals did not seem distressed in the slightest. Fred was clean and happy and my parents have sent him back several times. more
