Scotty's Audio Video have helped me with several things, from TVs to receivers. They came out to my house and installed TVs and recommended what size receiver I needed for the size I was running. They do home installation. It's great that people can buy things in one location and have them come out to install them. I also know that they do whole home theaters. I've called them and they've advised me on where to place the speakers and given me advise on how to run the wires for the speakers. The service people are all very helpful and friendly. The guys from Scotty's Audio Video were great. They did a good job. The guys cleaned up after themselves when they installed the projector screen in my home. They did a thorough clean up. One thing I ordered was discontinued, so I had to choose another product. I understand that it was not their fault. I am going to call them to install a blue tooth in my car. more

Everything Scotty's did was great. They came on time, and whatever odd, strange things I asked of them they did. I had them working with a hutch that I got from Pottery Barn, which was strange, and they were able to maneuver it so that it would work. more

I've been a customer of Scotty's Audio Video since 2004. I have a second home there and had just moved in and was looking to buy a TV. I asked around and people were telling me to go to the bigger stores. When I asked for a local shop, I was told about Scotty's. I went in and checked it out and talked to the staff. Then I went to a big store and saw they had a similar TV for $50 cheaper, but they couldn't come out and set it up for me for a week or so. I called Scotty's and discussed and compared prices with them. They told me that they had the most current TV available in their shop, the other store's was from the previous year, and that they were able to come out to my house within half an hour to set it up for me! We had a deal! They showed up on time, came in and set it up and had it working for me just in time for that day's game! I couldn't believe it, the service they provided was amazing. You just don't get service like that anymore, at least I hadn't in years. Ever since then, I've gone to Scotty's for all of my home audio and visual needs. The customer service is fantastic, I'd pay more for the service alone! They offer competitive prices, the whole staff is well-informed and outstanding! I am always sending people over to Scotty's. You're probably looking at about 15 years that I've spent buying stuff and working with them. I've spent close to $15,000 over the years at their store, and I've sent probably closet to about 10-15 people over there. I need to get over there again, as it's getting to be that time of year again! Scotty's is great to work with. They are always willing to work with the customer on pricing, and developing a long time relationship with them is worth it. Mike and Bobby, as well as David, who doesn't work there anymore, have all been really good to me. If you have a question, technical or nontechnical, they will answer it. I'll go over there just to talk technical stuff with them, just to satisfy that urge! They don't work off commission, so there's no pressure associated with just talking to them or when purchasing. Also, they have some of the best equipment I've ever come across, and they are pretty good with their recommendations. If I"m ever dissatisfied with a recommendation, they'll take it back and work with me on something that works better for me. I wish I could give Scotty's more business, I really do. I'm very satisfied with them. I check out things online, but I buy through Scotty's. I really cannot say anything bad about them. You've got to support your local businesses, and Scotty's is one of the best! more
