I am always sending people over to Scotty's. You're probably looking at about 15 years that I've spent buying stuff and working with them. I've spent close to $15,000 over the years at their store, and I've sent probably closet to about 10-15 people over there. I need to get over there again, as it's getting to be that time of year again!
Scotty's is great to work with. They are always willing to work with the customer on pricing, and developing a long time relationship with them is worth it. Mike and Bobby, as well as David, who doesn't work there anymore, have all been really good to me. If you have a question, technical or nontechnical, they will answer it. I'll go over there just to talk technical stuff with them, just to satisfy that urge! They don't work off commission, so there's no pressure associated with just talking to them or when purchasing. Also, they have some of the best equipment I've ever come across, and they are pretty good with their recommendations. If I"m ever dissatisfied with a recommendation, they'll take it back and work with me on something that works better for me.
I wish I could give Scotty's more business, I really do. I'm very satisfied with them. I check out things online, but I buy through Scotty's. I really cannot say anything bad about them. You've got to support your local businesses, and Scotty's is one of the best!
