Scotty's Audio Video is reliable and dependable. 2/28/2011

I started using Scotty's Audio Video years ago when I began building model trains. I would go there to purchase electronics. My experiences have always been really good, so I've continued to use them over the years. Everyone over there is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and the manager is really first rate. They always go over and beyond a customer's expectations. I'm very happy with the service they provide. more

Best in the area 1/21/2011

Lets face it, most stores offer the same equipment, at almost the same price and with the same trade names. The difference is what service they offer during set-up and mainly after. My experience has been that no one compares to Scottty's Audio Video. Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and a joy to work with. I would recommend them unconditionally to anyone looking for products in the audio video area. more

Well-trained and extremely competent. 1/20/2011

We started using Scotty's Audio Video when we moved in about a year ago. They are very friendly. Anytime I go in, they are quick to provide service. Their people are well-trained and extremely competent, so they are able to answer all of our questions. They know the latest technology and all the equipment they sell. Excellent products - Outstanding people 1/1/2011

Moving into a new home and purchasing the first TV system we have had in many years was a bit overwhelming. We are so blessed and fortunate to find Scotty's Audio and Video! We are confident that we have the highest quality equipment and the best installation possible. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A top notch, reasonably priced, dependable organization. 12/31/2010

We built a new house in an area brand new to us. We had no idea who to contract with for our audio systems. Our builder recommended a small company that we engaged to install and start up a fairly complex audio/video system. They did a marvelous job- answering all our requests and myriad questions. After 2 plus yeas of less frequent use--they still deliver quality results. I couldn't be happier with how they've served us. more

Reliable and knowledgeable. 12/30/2010

Scotty's Audio Video was recommended to me and I started using them because of their reputation. I have been using them for over 5 years now and have bought TVs from them and had them set up TVs for me. They also have helped me with service. They come when they say they will and they are patient. I enjoy working with Bobby, who is excellent at explaining things. All the work they've done for me has been wonderful. I haven't had any problems. They are knowledgeable and reliable and, in today's world, that is a huge plus. They don't get so busy with what they offer that they cannot follow through. Professional, friendly, and always eager to work with the customer. 12/29/2010

I had decided not to go with any big box stores, and since Scotty's Audio Video has been in this area for years, always with a good reputation, I decided to check with them when I was ready to buy my TV. They were so nice to deal with. I live in a new housing development, and I have already recommended several people to them because of their service. I have probably sent them several customers. They installed the TV, and they even communicated with the electrician on how to wire the house and cables in preparation for the TV. It was all done before the walls were in place, so that made the installation even easier. If I ever have any questions I can call, and they are always eager to work with me on anything. Anytime I have had a problem, and there have only been a few, they are quick to respond. I did have to have some warranty work done, and they were very prompt to address that. They get to know their customers. They know my name and recognize me when I come into the store. They are always professional, helpful, and friendly. Betsy Hagan more

Whole house system, and all of my vehicles (even my pontoon!) 12/20/2010

Mitch (and team0 take the word "service" to its rightful level. I love the multi-generation feel of Scotty's, and that they are home grown, family-centered, and know their customers. Mitch seems to know what I need before I do, then knows how to bring the job to completion and perfection. Scotty's Audio and Video surpasses the chain stores in service by a country mile, and was extremely competetive when it came to price. The value added in service by Scotty's makes the difference, and I strongly recommend you let them give you a bid on your next project. more
