I moved down to Richmond a few years ago to go to graduate school. Being from another state, and knowing very few people in the city, I didn't know where to go for a good haircut. So I started out trying a few salons around the city?with no luck. In one instance, I walked away in tears....\r

And then I fell upon this page on Citysearch one day, and followed up with an appointment at Scissors with Simone. Now I understand why there is such a consensus of great reviews!!! Because it is all true!\r

Simone is truly an artist-hairdresser!! I've found that I like my haircut when I walk out the door, but actually grow to love it more afterward.\r

My most recent haircut has received comments from everyone who sees it, like 'it's so fresh', and just, in general, wonderful feedback, besides the fact that it is super-easy to maintain and wear. It's just a great color and cut, and nothing like I've seen before, which is reflective of how Simone is always refining her craft!\r

I just moved back to New England, and am trying to figure out what I will do from here. Maybe I'll fly down to Richmond. I'm not sure, but I do know that I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon this page and upon my experience at Scissors with Simone.
Pros: Great in all areas
