Scioto Kitchen Sales Corp

I had a couple of companies stop out to look at our ""rehab"" project. I ended up buying from Scioto per our remodelers recomendation. Their showroom was very impressive, and staff very willing to help with all of my questions. I met the owner when i was there, and even though he was running out the door for an appointment, he spent time with me to introduce himself, and led me to one of his sales staff. The turn around time for cabinets was good, and the end result looks great! I would highly recommend using them. more

My wife and I bought our Kitchen 2 months ago from Scioto. We had a wonderful experience with our designer/sales rep. We purchased the Haas cabinets they recommended, and were pleasantly surprised with the price considering what we wanted to have designed. We were looking for a colonial style cabinet in maple, with a glaze on it. The selection needless to say was overwhelming, but the sales rep made it very easy to narrow down a choice. Delivery time was as explained ( 3-4 weeks ) and the installation went well. We had chose a unique style of handle to put on the cabinets, and had a Quartz countertop put in. During the installation of the top, the installer accidentally scratched the top of a drawer front. Scioto explained that it would take a week or two for a new front to be made. As soon as it came in, they were out within a couple of days and put the finishing touches on! My wife loves her new kitchen, and I?m enjoying the new cooking!! ( not that the cooking was bad before ) I actually just sent a letter the president of Scioto Kitchens thanking him for the hard work. We highly recommend this company. Come to find out, they have been around for a long long time. We will be doing future business with them being that now we need bathroom cabinets! Pros: Good quality cabinets Cons: none that come to mind more

We purchased a new kitchen from Scioto Kitchens, the sales person seemed a little slow on responses but they were ordered on time and delivered on time. Of course they were paid in full at time of delivery. During the install it turned out that the company sent the wrong size paneling for the bar and missed one cabinet front. Two weeks after the delivery I hadn't received one call regarding replacement of the incorrect items. I had to call the office. The salesperson didn't know when the new boards were coming in. Then I find out that they are shipping parts of the order, the other piece would ship out later. I asked if they would overnight the small piece, their response was that they ""never overnighted"" The final straw was the order was going to be in on a Thursday they wouldn't be out to install the items until the next Wed. 3 weeks after the installation! I would think that if it was the company's mistake they would have taken extra steps to fix their mistakes. My feeling is that they had their money and don't care about the customer!!!
