We purchased a new kitchen from Scioto Kitchens, the sales person seemed a little slow on responses but they were ordered on time and delivered on time. Of course they were paid in full at time of delivery. During the install it turned out that the company sent the wrong size paneling for the bar and missed one cabinet front. Two weeks after the delivery I hadn't received one call regarding replacement of the incorrect items. I had to call the office. The salesperson didn't know when the new boards were coming in. Then I find out that they are shipping parts of the order, the other piece would ship out later. I asked if they would overnight the small piece, their response was that they ""never overnighted"" The final straw was the order was going to be in on a Thursday they wouldn't be out to install the items until the next Wed. 3 weeks after the installation! I would think that if it was the company's mistake they would have taken extra steps to fix their mistakes. My feeling is that they had their money and don't care about the customer!!! Pros: nice product Cons: bad customer service more
